A tasty treat rich in protein sure to satisfy a chocolate craving. Perfect post workout recovery smoothie alternative too!
1 package of silken tofu
1-2 TBSP maple syrup or 1-2 dates
2 scoops (approx 44g) chocolate, vanilla or plain protein powder
2-4 TBSP cacao powder (to taste preference)
Blend in food processor until smooth and creamy. Divide into 4 bowls or jars with lids and refrigerate until chilled.
