Raw Chocolate Protein Tofu Pudding

Makes 4 servings

A tasty treat rich in protein sure to satisfy a chocolate craving. Perfect post workout recovery smoothie alternative too!

1 package of silken tofu

2 TBSP maple syrup

2 scoops Bob’s Red Mill Chocolate Protein Power Nutritional Booster

4 TBSP cacao powder

 

Blend in food processor until smooth and creamy. Divide into 4 bowls or jars with lids and refrigerate until chilled.
