Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups non dairy milk
1 TBSP sunflower seed butter
1/2 TBSP chia seeds
1/2 TBSP ground flax meal
1 TBSP unsweetened shredded coconut
1-2 dates (optional)
1 banana
1 tsp vanilla
6 ice cubes
Blend until smooth and creamy.
SPICE it up:
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 inch chunk of ginger
