This is a delicious anytime juice and beets are becoming a hugely popular pre and post sport nutritional booster.
You will need a juicer for these recipes.
Makes 2-4 servings
4 beets, washed and chopped into 4 pieces each
6 carrots, washed and unpeeled
3 green or red apples, washed and chopped into halves
1″ peeled chunk of ginger
Juice and serve immediately
