Super Green Juice (or smoothie)

One of the best ways to squeeze a little more green into your daily diet is to juice it or blend it in. Here’s a fresh, healthy recipe for a very, very green juice that will boost any meal or mid day snack.
2 large cucumbers
big fistful of kale or spinach
4-5 stalks of celery
1-2big broccoli stems
1 pear or green apple
1/2-1 inch chunk of ginger
In a juicer, this makes 2 servings and likely a bit more than that in a blender. You will need to add 1-2 cups of water for the blended smoothie.
